- Lead and own large-scale, multi-year telecom programs across Core Network, 5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and IT transformation.
- Establish and govern robust program frameworks, including Steering Committees, risk and financial controls, decision logs, and escalation models.
- Ensure disciplined program execution covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and change control.
- Act as the final escalation point for delivery, technical, and commercial risks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior customer executives, leading executive communications on program status, risks, recovery plans, and strategic decisions.
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery across all workstreams while ensuring network stability and service continuity during transformations and migrations.
- Oversee cutovers, migrations, go-lives, and incident recovery where applicable.
- Own full program P&L, including revenue recognition, cost control, margins, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage contracts, change requests, claims, and commercial negotiations in line with contractual commitments.
- Lead, inspire, and align cross-functional teams across Core, RAN, IP, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and IT domains.
- Proactively manage risks, quality assurance, audits, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, lessons learned, and reuse.
- 15+ years of experience in telecom delivery, with 7+ years leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven track record delivering complex, mission-critical telecom programs.
- Experience working with Tier-1 operators or large enterprise telecom environments.
- Strong background in network modernization, 4G/5G Core, cloud-native platforms, OSS/BSS, or IT transformation.
- Solid understanding of telecom architectures including Core, Cloud, IP, and OSS/BSS.
- Hands-on experience managing live network changes and high-risk migrations.
- Ability to engage credibly with architects, engineers, and vendor partners.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong decision-making ability under pressure.
- Proven capability to lead large, diverse, and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with effective negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Program and Project Management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are an advantage.
