- Upholds the Lalamove Partner Driver Image we want to uphold to our Drivers and to our Users. The day to day activities revolve on campaign development, but also ensures that other Driver Teams align to the vision, character and personality of a Lalamove Partner Driver.
- Identifies the best communication materials to maximize exposure and delivery of message for a monthly or tactical objectives which includes both offline and online activations. Meets vendors for prospective media tools and new trends for advertising/communication. Campaigns must always be engaging and refreshing, and ensures all campaigns and marketing materials meet deadlines.
- All organic and paid (Ads) activities strategized must funnel to meeting the monthly target Driver Leads.
- Routinely check if Driver Communications are consistent across all Driver departments.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience on Brand Marketing or multi-channel Campaign Development and Activations (Online and Offline)
- Experience with data analysis especially post campaign reports and insights correlations
- Willing to work on site in Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
- Detail Oriented: Able to manage details in setting up campaigns and delivering analysis
- Test & Learn Mentality: To be open enough to try new channels & formats and learn from them. A/B testing targeting, strategies and creatives.
- Problem-solver: To be able to find creative execution for User Retention
- User Empathy: To be able to think from a perspective of a user & build user journeys which are seamless.
