- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant course.
- 1-2 years of experience in AU Mortgage.
- Related experience in client relations and broker support is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
- Background in document checking
- Loan Processing (AU Account)
- Ensure Compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations and internal policies and procedures through a comprehensive and robust audit program.
- Review and where necessary adjust the loan submission to ensure the application meets the lender requirements and submission quality is at the highest possible standards.
- Ensure that the required client documents are uploaded in the system.
- Understand the lender checklist requirements for loan submission and follow industry regulations set by ASIC.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, finding, and decision in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensures delivery of exceptional customer service when engaging with clients & other stakeholders to the loan application process.
