- Set up and manage our YouTube channel with a focus on branding, SEO, and growth
- Develop strategies for maximizing audience engagement and visibility.
- Implement best practices for video descriptions, titles, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
- Podcast Strategy & Production
- Collaborate on high-level podcast strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Support monthly production, including editing and repurposing content into short-form videos (2 shorts/month minimum).
- Write run sheets for each episode, ensuring smooth recording sessions.
- Assist with guest preparation, scheduling, and overall episode workflow.
- Content Planning & Optimization
- Develop and manage a content calendar across podcasts, YouTube, and supporting platforms.
- Identify content opportunities that align with audience interests and industry trends.
- Optimize published content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Proven experience in podcast production, content strategy, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies and SEO.
- Skilled in video/audio editing and repurposing content for multiple formats.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong writing ability for run sheets, show notes, and platform copy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and short-form content trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).
- Experience in guest booking or podcast PR.
