Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models aimed at tackling key fintech challenges, including fraud prevention, credit risk assessment, and customer segmentation.
Collaborate closely with business analysts to conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis, deriving actionable insights to drive strategic business objectives forward.
Creation of data visualization dashboards, enabling stakeholders to grasp critical findings effortlessly and empowering data-driven decision-making processes.
Optimization and maintenance of existing machine learning models and algorithms, consistently striving to enhance performance and accuracy

What we're looking for

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with demonstrated experience or coursework in fintech concepts and applications
56 years of experience in data analysis or machine learning, with at least 1 year in a leadership role; fintech or financial services background strongly preferred.
Skilled in Python, R, or SQL for financial modeling and analysis, plus hands-on experience with statistical tools and machine learning techniques for fintech use cases.
Proficient in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and familiar with fintech data sources, fraud detection, and risk assessment methodologies.
