At Probe, expect to think differently, challenge the norm and find your purpose.The Talent Onboarding Associate is responsible in full-cycle of talent onboardingReceive job offer/Employee Action Notice/Memorandum of Agreement/Internal Transfer EndorsementsReceive and Complete Credit and Criminal ChecksConduct Job Offer Discussions and Extend ContractsSend Onboarding EmailRegister New Hires to Pre-Employment Medical Exam (PEME)Moving of Candidates to Hire via WorkdayAd Hoc tasks such as:Update and maintain the Onboarding Tracker on a timely basisRespond to emails, chats, and phone calls as expectedCommunicate with third-party vendors regularlyCommunicate and assist Operations teams, HR, and other relevant departments for onboarding concerns.Pull out and collate requests for contracts and other documents for existing and new hiresQualifications:Graduate or undergraduate of Human Resources, Business Ad, or a related field is often preferred.Minimum of solid 3 months of experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition, specifically in a BPO set-up.Has proactiveness, an effective team player, and is willing to learnWith good communication skills especially in handling external and internal stakeholdersAmenable to work onsite in Wilcon IT Hub Makati City and is amenable for a fixed-term employment of 2 months
