Job Description Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data to identify improvement opportunities across first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges. Partner closely with Operations, Tech, and external stakeholders to design, pilot, and implement solutions. Drive selected projects end-to-end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking. Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making. Benchmark practices against industry peers and contribute to shaping SPX's network strategy. Requirements Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret complex datasets. Excellent problem structuring and critical thinking skills. High ownership mindset and a bias for action. Proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, time-based functions) and building data visualization dashboards is preferred but not mandatory. At minimum, you should be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, build reports, and solve problems. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings and influence stakeholders. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity among cross-functional teams. Familiarity with logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
