He/She executes system transactions for receiving and ensures efficient unloading of materials from supplier, port and external warehouse. He/She executes system issuance transactions to all pull out from the external warehouse to ensure accuracy of the quantity and documentation. He/She monitors the status of all raw materials to ensure no infestation for all inventories. He/She monitors all the movements of materials from receiving to issuance. He/She ensures all stock movement from receiving up to the issuance shall be reflected to the monitoring files, physical tagging and system transactions. He/She ensures all stock movement from receiving up to the issuance shall be reflected to the ERP system consistently and timely.Qualifications

A graduate of any 4 year course
With Experience in Inventory Management

Additional InformationReceiving/Pull out Management

Plans and monitors receiving prioritization for incoming macro, micro and packaging materials to support efficient unloading in the granum warehouse.

Ensures proper handling and storage of all raw materials received from suppliers and external warehouses.

Determine possible receiving location for all pull out to ensure efficient transfer of raw materials from port to plant or external warehouse.

Coordinate to the Transport Team to provide trucks to be used during the pull out.

Prepares necessary documentations for all pull out from port or external warehouse to the plant.

Performs RF scanning for all movement transactions from receiving to issuance.

Storage Management

Determines storage area and monitors of internal and external warehouse capacity and allocation.

Performs item condition check of all raw materials to ensure proper arrangement, storage and no infestation of all inventories in the port and external warehouse.

Ensures that all inventories complies with storage requirements set by 5S/GMP and safety standards.

Monitors the slow moving raw materials in the port and external warehouse.

Monitors the free storage days of all raw materials stored at the port and coordinates for possible transfer to the plant or external warehouse to prevent additional storage charges.

Inventory Management and planning

Maintains inventory records and performs regular physical count for all raw materials stored at the port, internal and external warehouse.

Monitors the movement of raw materials from the port, internal and external warehouse and ensures their availability at all times and that all system transactions are properly recorded.

Conducts daily inventory checking to ensure no infestation on the stocks. Reports to inbound supervisor and QA team for any infestations observed.

Monitors and conducts cycle count for all raw materials at the port, internal and external warehouse and reconcile count against the system issuance and investigate any discrepancy found.

Prepare and send daily inventory and storage utilization for internal and external warehouses.

Coordinates with Inbound Supervisor for all pull out plans from port and external warehouse to the plant.

Participates in the monthly plantwide inventory count activity.

Food Safety: * Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.

Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

Other Duties & Responsibilities: * Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.

Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader.
