- 2-5+ years experience in marketing (retail, digital, content, or related fields)
- Strong understanding of trends, customer engagement, and brand storytelling
- Creative eye + ability to execute quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlines
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar (depending on role)
