You will support the team in strengthening Igloo’s presence across Southeast Asia by learning how to manage existing client relationships and assist in sourcing new strategic partners.Job Responsibilities
  • Partner Support: Act as a junior point of contact for existing partners, learning to nurture relationships and maximize satisfaction.
  • Growth Assistance: Collaborate with senior managers to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding the use of Igloo’s digital insurance solutions.
  • Pipeline Building: Conduct market research to identify potential partners in sectors like e-commerce and lifestyle protection.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work across product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
  • Sales Enablement: Assist in preparing materials for prospective client presentations and support the structuring of new agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest: A strong interest in the insurance, fintech, or tech industries.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building connections with diverse audiences.
  • Mindset: A highly collaborative attitude and an analytical mindset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
