Sales SupportDUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Support reports to the Area Sales Manager and the National Sales Manager.
They are tasked to effectively promote the product portfolio and manage accounts by

handling and coordinating various concerns. * They are responsible for securing account receivables and ensuring timely collections.

They are also expected to establish and maintain sound business relationships,

especially with key customers. * Their duties also include clerical tasks such as remittance, approvals, preparingexpense reports, writing itineraries, and arranging bookings. * They assist in deliveries and in the pickup of documents such as purchase orders,contracts, and other related files.

They are also assigned to prepare bidding requirements and carry out other special

instructions from management.QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four (4) year business course or medical related course.
The applicant must have a proven experience in sales specifically in diagnostic product

such as reagents, consumables, and equipment. * The applicant must possess a quality of being driven, confident, outgoing, structured,relational, focused, and charismatic. * An applicant is expected to be well mannered, has the willingness to learn and to growwith the company. * The job requires the applicant to be computer literate and knowledgeable with MS Excel,Word and Power Point. * The applicant is also expected to have the willingness to travel to different areasnationwide and to be receptive to change.Must have

At least 1 year of experience as Sales Support.

Nice to have:

Experience in preparing bid documentations especially in government.
