Position Responsibilities Customer Service Respond to general non-sales related customer inquiries Interface withclient sales organization& finance/legal groups on questions related to billing or contract issues, investigate customer issues, and answer general customer questions Supportclient sales organizationon generalcustomer inquiries and opportunities Escalate and follow-up on support and service calls as necessary Sales Support Process various orders and contract requests including Blanket Work Orders, Change Orders, purchase orders, as well as other routine contract transactions (such as pre-configured SOW for new business) Update customer database and ensure accuracy of information Account Administration Prepare customer activity & performance reports and create spreadsheets for various support-related statistics for internal use as well as for external use by clients as needed Perform general e-mail communications related to Deltek events, service changes, or outages Coordinate with the billing team on invoice changes and corrections as well as e-billing requests Run various Salesforce reports and provide update/tracking information to management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related 1 - 2 years customer service experience in a technology related environment experience with ERP a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Familiarity managing database information
