- Reconcile monthly campaign costs and revenues for the APAC region.
- Liaise with publishers (suppliers) to confirm monthly numbers and reconcile invoices.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between Publisher Invoices and internally reported costs.
- Coordinate with internal Operations and Billing Teams, as well as Finance Managers.
- Match Group orders to Publisher data and validate Client purchase orders with internal revenue reporting.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and validate Publisher invoices for ERP posting.
- Ensure delivery data aligns with Publisher statements and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in finance departments or audit firms; media & advertising industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) and ERP systems like SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong accounting knowledge, including revenue assurance and reconciliation practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Billing, and Finance) and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.
