Monthly Rate: $900-1300 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)What You'll Be Doing:
- Create high-quality designs for product packaging and manuals.
- Design high-performing ad creatives across Amazon and Meta Ads.
- Transform content from sources like our Influencer Content Database into polished ad creatives, webshop visuals, and campaign assets.
- Design visually compelling graphics for our Shopify stores and product listings on platforms like Amazon, Bol.com, MediaMarkt, and Decathlon, including A+ content.
- Leverage AI tools to generate and enhance creatives from simple assets like white background photography.
- Constantly bring new ideas and creative solutions to the team without waiting for instructions.
- Analyze competitors, identify what works, and adapt it with a creative twist.
- With 5+ years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suites, Canva and Figma, or any other design tools
- Strong experience creating high-performing ad creatives across Amazon and Meta ads.
- Skilled at transforming content from sources like an Influencer Content Database into high-converting visuals for various platforms.
- Have the ability to leverage AI tools to generate creatives from simple assets.
- Proactive by nature and constantly bring new ideas without waiting for instructions.
- Strong research skills, including analyzing competitors and identifying what works.
- A Proven ability in website and product page design (Shopify stores, Amazon listings, A+ content, category/homepages).
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
