Job Description:Asia Core Cash Operations is responsible for completing fund transfer requests/payments received from our clients both financial & non-financial institutions. As a Cash Operations member, you will be responsible for the day to day operations, including transaction processing - payments and receivable; You will be responsible for understanding the key metrics and risk components and support the operations lead to meet the financial goals and objectives put forth by the LOB.Job Responsibilities
  • Working/Expert Knowledge of SWIFTS / ISO & international payment / Local ACH/GIRO payment conventions & practices
  • Payments (Electronics & Manuals): Transaction monitoring and processing. Ensure that transactions are completed accurately and that high value, urgent transactions are prioritized.
  • Complete accurately the tasks assigned for the process within the cut-off time. 2. Ensure that the checklist is followed and queue is monitored at all times.
  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence from In-country and both internal and external clients.
  • Assist in resolution of SWIFT / Client queries
  • Proactive and timely escalation of matters
  • Complete all mandatory trainings assigned prior to set due date.
  • Cross training on multiple Asia Cash processes
  • Perform product verification tests (PVTs) on the system as and when required.
  • Provide process improvements to enhance the system and participate in projects call as and when needed.
  • Deliver on reports and administrative tasks assigned.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • Full understanding of Treasury Services business, operations
  • Minimum of 3 years Cash Operations/Product experience
  • Understanding of and experience in payment processes and products
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals - execution to achieve specific desired results.
  • Strong commitment to providing high standards of quality client service
  • Ability to communicate pro-actively with internal and external business partner
  • Create and Manage MIS and Reporting
