- Working/Expert Knowledge of SWIFTS / ISO & international payment / Local ACH/GIRO payment conventions & practices
- Payments (Electronics & Manuals): Transaction monitoring and processing. Ensure that transactions are completed accurately and that high value, urgent transactions are prioritized.
- Complete accurately the tasks assigned for the process within the cut-off time. 2. Ensure that the checklist is followed and queue is monitored at all times.
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence from In-country and both internal and external clients.
- Assist in resolution of SWIFT / Client queries
- Proactive and timely escalation of matters
- Complete all mandatory trainings assigned prior to set due date.
- Cross training on multiple Asia Cash processes
- Perform product verification tests (PVTs) on the system as and when required.
- Provide process improvements to enhance the system and participate in projects call as and when needed.
- Deliver on reports and administrative tasks assigned.
- Full understanding of Treasury Services business, operations
- Minimum of 3 years Cash Operations/Product experience
- Understanding of and experience in payment processes and products
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals - execution to achieve specific desired results.
- Strong commitment to providing high standards of quality client service
- Ability to communicate pro-actively with internal and external business partner
- Create and Manage MIS and Reporting
