- Source and engage qualified candidates through OnlineJobsPH, Workable, LinkedIn, and direct outreach in Social Media platforms
- Post and manage job listings on local platforms and keep them updated
- Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates based on client needs, and complete background checks
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align on hiring priorities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for active and future roles
- Communicate clearly with candidates throughout their hiring process
- Use tools like Workable, Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and keep recruitment reports organized and up to date
- Bring fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen our recruitment efforts in the Philippines and nearby countries
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting (preferably with U.S.-based or international clients); Experience in a recruitment agency or startup setting is a PLUS, not a requirement
- Proven experience hiring or sourcing talent from South America/Latin America talent pools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (i.e. Workable)
- Comfortable using collaborating tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to adapt in a startup environment
