- Configure CRM pipelines, custom fields, tags, user roles, and account architecture.
- Build, test, and optimize workflows, triggers, automations, and conditional logic.
- Manage calendars, appointment scheduling, round‑robin assignments, and reminders.
- Create and maintain email/SMS templates, nurture sequences, and campaign automations.
- Integrate GHL with external tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, forms, calendars, etc.).
- Maintain clean data hygiene, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Build dashboards and reporting for lead flow, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
- Configure and manage Outplay sequences, tasks, multichannel outreach, and automation logic.
- Use Seamless.AI to source, enrich, and verify prospect data for outbound campaigns.
- Maintain clean lead lists, enrichment workflows, and data syncing between systems.
- Build automated outbound workflows that integrate GHL Outplay Seamless.AI.
- Use AI tools to support:
- Lead scoring
- Prospect research
- Message personalization
- Data enrichment
- Workflow optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Update and maintain website pages, content, images, and layouts using the Duda platform.
- Build new pages or sections based on wireframes or brand guidelines.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and consistent styling.
- Implement tracking pixels, forms, pop‑ups, and integrations with GHL and outbound tools.
- Conduct routine site audits to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients regarding GHL, Outplay, and Duda.
- Assist with onboarding new clients into GHL and outbound systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GoHighLevel Administrator.
- Strong understanding of CRM structure, workflow logic, and automation best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Outplay (sequences, tasks, multichannel outreach).
- Experience using Seamless.AI for sourcing, enrichment, and list building.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven tools for research, enrichment, and automation.
- Website editing experience on the Duda platform.
- Experience with integrations (Zapier, webhooks, APIs).
- Strong attention to detail, documentation habits, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting agencies, consultants, or service‑based businesses.
- Knowledge of outbound sales workflows and SDR operations.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma).
- Understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).
- Familiarity with offshore or distributed team environments.
- Systems thinker with a structured, methodical approach.
