Company DescriptionSGS is the leading Inspection, Testing, Verification and Certification company.Job DescriptionThe GBS Technical Reviewer has to check that ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 audit report packs comply with all relevant requirements. The Technical Reviewer's responsibility is to verify that the audit has been conducted in accordance with all SGS procedural requirements, including team competence, audit time spent, structure of audit plan etc. and to confirm that the output of the audit is technically appropriate and adequate to support the recommendation of the audit team.· Check audit report packs that:o All documentation is present and completeo Any changes made since the client's application verified as not adversely affecting certificationo Any concessions etc. in the case of delayed or otherwise deviating visits have been properly approvedo Scope is clearly defined, including site identification, standard, etc.o Certification scope aligns with CDS or any change is explainedo Correct Industry EAC/TA code assignedo Audit scope is covered by the selected SGS CBE accreditationo Assigned audit days in accordance with guidance and deviations justifiedo Proposal was correctly approvedo Audit conducted by appropriate competent auditor/teamo Team contains any necessary additional qualification defined for specific standardo For V1R (Re-certification) timing of audit is correcto Audit plan consistent with required audit days, team composition, shift structure and multi-site activitieso Nonconformities identified as appropriate, Maj/Min classification correct, Wording is clear and reflects severity. Report content supports classification.o Observations and/or opportunities for improvement documented and clearly and appropriately wordedo Audit in conformance with SGS CBE Global and Local Procedures and any applicable project, sampling or quality plano No major nonconformity remains openo For Minor non-conformity, the clients proposed corrective action has been reviewed and acceptedo Audit covers all relevant Management Systems aspects and processeso Team recommendation is consistent with audit findings· Raise queries to the relevant person if any of the above items are not adequate.· Phrase the queries in a constructive way· Perform the review in a timely manner (5 working days net time from report pack received until approved or rejected)· Use the relevant IT systems as necessary (APPLAUDD+, Certnet)· Knowledge of:o specific management system standards/normative documentso SGS CBE processes and procedureso audit principles, practices and techniqueso client Business Sector· Keep the above knowledge up to dateQualifications· University degree· Fluency in English· At least 5 years working experience in an administrative or engineering or managerial or supervisory position· Successful pass of a Lead Auditor course for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001· Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 is an advantage· Any experience related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and certification is an advantageAdditional InformationThe candidate must possess the following skills:· Outstanding sense of organization, detail-oriented and meticulous· Strong analytical skills with ability in managing and processing data· Ability to produce clear and organized reports and e-mail/correspondence· Must possess good oral and written communication skills in English.· Customer focus, delivery and results oriented· Adaptable to change and works well under pressure· Team player and able to work with minimum supervision
