Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Pasig. The Training-OD & QA Senior Specialist will customize & spearhead transformative change initiatives (i.e. targeted training, tailored QA interventions, process documentations/enhancements, etc.) that will bridge performance gaps, reinforce standards and sustain operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any related field or equivalent experience 6 years of combined experience in training and quality 2 years of experience in workforce management and/or data analytics, advantageous Green Belt Certified, advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Skilled in creating automated performance dashboards and other reports Highly Proficient = Advance Excel and PowerPoint Skills Working Knowledge in PowerBI, advantageous
