Assist with routine maintenance of monitoring and security toolsets. Proactively reviewing alerts and performing any necessary remediation. Monitor the status of all backup jobs and remediate any warnings or failed backups. Ensure operating system and third-party patch management processes are successful and remediate failures, as appropriate. Maintain backup configuration for designated networking devices. Ensure networking devices remain current on firmware. Assist in other centralized services activities, as directed by the CSE. As time permits, provide backup assistance to the Reactive Support team. Manage and resolve incidents and tickets in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in IT services and cybersecurity.
