- As a Management Trainee, you will be under a development program with the company for 9 months and learn more about the company's sales, operations, technology and finance business units.
- The objective of this program is for the Management Trainees to assume leadership roles in the future and help the company in providing business strategies that will help the company in its growth.
- You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities in various departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. You will be required to learn the company's policies and procedures, work with staff in different departments, learn how to create reports, and handle administrative tasks, project management, etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in sales, marketing, finance, customer service or related fields would be beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
