The Admin Specialist provides comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
Project Support:
  • Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collect and organize data for reports and presentations.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
Communication & Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Data Entry & Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
