Graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Operations Management or similar qualification and field of study
2-3 years of relevant work experience is an advantage including in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry, but fresh graduates with very good scholastic records are welcome to apply
Very good computer skills with familiarity in MS Office Suite especially MS Outlook and MS Excel
Must be resourceful and assertive with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized and values attention to details, planning, and time-management
Excellent documentation skills

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Review and monitor Forwarder’s In-transit Reports.
Communicates with various CS or Associate Customer Operations & forwarders/couriers, internal & external customers worldwide to identify and resolve requirements to move and deliver import and export shipments especially hot and urgent shipments.
Proactively identify, resolve and report any transportation issues or delays in coordination with transportation service providers
Pro-active communication of transportation-related risks, including supply chain disruptions, environmental delays, and geopolitical factor
Analyze reports to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement & cost savings initiatives.
Implements cost saving programs in all aspects of Logistics.
