- Rostering and scheduling of staff to ensure all shifts have been allocated to the required standard
- Review and maintain accurate clinical documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and promote a strong customer focused culture
- Work together with the customer, family/carers and relevant Case Managers to ensure the client goals are achieved
- Answering, screening and directing telephone enquiries
- Responding to emails, queries or requests where possible, alternatively referring stakeholders or customers to the appropriate source
- Maintain files and documentation
- Organize maintenance, clinical products and services for clients as requested
- Available to be on-call outside of normal working hours on a rotating roster to attend to emergency shift cancellations and find replacement staff as required.
- General office administration duties
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
