  • Rostering and scheduling of staff to ensure all shifts have been allocated to the required standard
  • Review and maintain accurate clinical documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and promote a strong customer focused culture
  • Work together with the customer, family/carers and relevant Case Managers to ensure the client goals are achieved
  • Answering, screening and directing telephone enquiries
  • Responding to emails, queries or requests where possible, alternatively referring stakeholders or customers to the appropriate source
  • Maintain files and documentation
  • Organize maintenance, clinical products and services for clients as requested
  • Available to be on-call outside of normal working hours on a rotating roster to attend to emergency shift cancellations and find replacement staff as required.
  • General office administration duties
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
