Work set-up: Hybrid (twice a week RTO) Location: BGC Shift: Day shift 1.) Salesforce Developer Band 5 Job Summary: The Salesforce Developer's role is to work with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. He/she will be responsible for design and development of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. The Salesforce Developer will oversee design, development, testing, and change management. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Strong Knowledge of SFDC standard Objects and familiarity with designing Custom Objects and Lightning platform Experience with Sales and Service Cloud in Lightning Platform. A plus with experience with Service Financial and Marketing Cloud Expertise in Salesforce CRM Configuration, Customization, Testing of applications, Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, custom fields, role based Page Layouts, Custom Reports, and Report Folders, Report extractions to various formats, design of Visual Force Pages, Dashboards and various other components as per the client and application requirements. Experience in designing and developing complex mappings applying various transformations and mapplets. Extensive experience in developing the Workflows, Sessions, Mappings, and API integration. Practical understanding of all phases of SDLC with proven experience in successfully executing assignments of requirements gathering, estimation, design, development, testing and deployment of software systems. Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies. Amenable to work on a Hybrid Operating Model set up 2.) Salesforce Functional SME Band 6 The Salesforce Functional SME has deep knowledge of sales and servicing business concepts, practices, and procedures as well as Salesforce functionalities. They rely on their expertise, experience and judgment, both on the business aspect and Salesforce, to plan and accomplish goals, and to perform a variety of tasks. The Salesforce Functional SME conducts needs analysis, prepares user stories, determines impact to Salesforce functionalities, collaborates with others for system design and support squads to ensure alignment to business requirements and solution design and continuous delivery. Responsibilities Works closely with the Product Owner to effectively elicit and verify requirements of the business. Analyzes the business requirements and maps them to Salesforce functionalities, identifying whether for configuration or customization. Works with the team Product Owners/Business Systems Analysts to document and review the user stories with functional requirements specific to Salesforce and supports them in communicating the requirements to the rest of the development team. Reviews, provides feedback and supports the design, testing and implementation of the development team to ensure alignment with the business and functional requirements. Works closely with the Tech Lead to come up with the solution design of the overall technological architecture of the value stream(s). Works closely with Release Train Engineer to drive integration, alignment and continuity of delivery of the value stream(s). Skillset Domain Expertise BS/BA degree or equivalent experience 5-10 years Business Systems Analysis experience in IT 5-10 years Saleforce experience, preferably Financial Services Cloud Experienced in implementing Salesforce projects, preferably using Agile Knowledge of overall financial services industry, with experience in insurance domain Individual Skills Strong analytical skills Comfortable with process and workflow requirements Strong communication skills with ability to communicate both complex business and technical concepts and align organization on decisions Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently Big picture and strategic thinker, visionary and creative in both perspective and methodologies Agile Experience Experienced in Agile way of working Experienced in working within a team-of-teams structure is a plus Knowledge of SAFe is a plus Mindset & Behaviours Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills with technical and business personnel Synthes abstract/complex concepts and ideas into simple, understandable, user-driven requirements and user stories Passionate about the client, technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies Wants to unleash inner self-starter and work in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds Embraces a culture of trust and complete transparency Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset Can act in an advisory capacity as well as coach/mentor team Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst 3. ANALYST PROGRAMMER Job Description: The Salesforce Developer's role is to work with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce. Conducts analysis on Business Requirements and prepares program specifications at the systems level for medium to complex systems or modules. Develops and maintains, tests and implements modules according to system specifications. Identifies all possible scenarios and prepares tests for the systems under development. Executes test plan during development and provides system testing, user acceptance testing and other testing support as required to ensure that the system processing reflects user requirements / designs. Performs implementation activities such as program promotions, training and tutorial for end users. Provides post-implementation support for systems including analysis of production incidents. Develops and updates of the Permanent System Documentations and other Operations Manuals. Provides updates and status reports to the project manager during development and related support activities. In charge of a system module. Identifies areas for improvement /enhancement on existing system module or on the entire system, and on new ones being developed. Preferred Skills: Agile Methodology Experience Other Requirements: College/University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering & Mathematics Background in Banking, Financial and Life Insurance business is a plus.
