Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure and automation tools that enable rapid development and reliable deployment of our software systems. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes, high system availability, and secure cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment strategies and resolve build/deployment issues.Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure.Implement security best practices and compliance procedures in CI/CD and infrastructure operations.Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).35 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role.Strong experience with CI/CD tools and concepts.Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go.Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, etc.).Knowledge of networking, system administration, and security principles.Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD) or AWS/Azure/GCP certifications.Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.Exposure to observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, etc.).Prior experience in a high-availability or production-critical environment.
