- Develop and implement programs that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee feedback on workspace comfort, amenities, and services.
- Monitor and improve hospitality services (e.g., reception, pantry, meeting room experience).
- Partner with HR and Facilities teams to align workspace experience with company culture and values.
- Plan, execute, and close workplace-related projects (e.g., office renovations, space optimization, move management, sustainability initiatives).
- Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular project progress reviews and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate standards in all project phases.
- Analyze space utilization data and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Support the design and implementation of flexible workspace concepts (e.g., hot desking, collaboration zones).
- Maintain updated space allocation records and seating plans.
- Assist in workplace move coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Prepare and present workplace reports, dashboards, and project updates to management.
- Develop internal communications for upcoming workplace initiatives or projects.
- Track KPIs related to workplace experience (e.g., satisfaction surveys, service delivery metrics).
- Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within the workplace.
- Promote sustainability practices such as energy conservation, waste management, and green workspace initiatives.
- Conduct regular workspace inspections to identify and resolve potential safety or comfort issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in workplace experience, facilities, or project management roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace design, ergonomics, and sustainability principles is a plus.
