- Work with internal business units, product, and finance teams to determine and allocate their Capex and Opex costs, review costing methodologies, and ensure alignment on assumptions.
- Process and develop recommended Capex and Opex costing methodologies, considering internal business and overall business plans.
- Manage cost allocations and calculations in the reporting tool for Capex and Opex components related to internal business units.
- Prepare and present reports and analyses on internal business unit, including cost to produce, segment, and overhead costs to stakeholders.
- Create additional reports and analyses as needed by the business.
- Support monthly closing and annual budgeting processes by addressing budget-related issues and updating cost allocation rules.
- Assist budget planners with resolving concerns and recommending solutions.
- Support budget release for Carplan. Prepare and analyze Capex reports, manage Capex budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with partners to discuss findings with stakeholders. Implement improvements in capex processes.
