Qualifications A graduate of any 4-year course. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record(if applicable) Open for fresh graduates. Must be good at communication and interpersonal skills needed in handling people. Ability to work independently. Able to work flexible hours as needed. With Basic knowledge in computer. Preferably male, familiar with construction tools, and residing in CAVITE. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Materials Coordination Plan and coordinate delivery, transfer, and storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of tools and equipment to and from project sites. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests as needed. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouses for deliveries and returns. Tools & Equipment Management Maintain an updated inventory of all tools, equipment, and machinery. Implement tool issuance and return procedures at project sites. Schedule regular inspection, calibration, servicing, and repair of tools and equipment. Track tool usage, losses, damages, and replacements. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of deliveries, tool assignments, maintenance logs, and inventory reports. Prepare periodic reports on tool utilization, condition, and logistics costs. Ensure proper documentation for equipment handover between projects. Cost Control & Asset Protection Support cost control by minimizing tool loss, misuse, and unnecessary rentals. Recommend repair or replacement of damaged or obsolete equipment. Assist in evaluating rental vs. purchase decisions for tools and equipment. Site Coordination & Compliance Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Warehouse Personnel. Ensure tools and equipment comply with safety standards and company policies. Support audits and ensure proper tagging and identification of company assets.
