- Set up new suppliers in Coupa in alignment with internal governance requirements.
- Raise purchase orders and process goods/services receipting.
- Provide first-level support to suppliers regarding payment statuses and general queries.
- Run run-in/run-out reports to support product transitions.
- Manage accurate new customer setup and master data maintenance in SAP.
- Create and maintain RM, PM, and FG BOMs in SAP, ensuring alignment with approved formulations and specifications.
- Handle upload/download of order confirmations and documentation via customer portals (e.g., Ariba).
- Coordinate and prepare customer-facing documentation and manage customer extensions across multiple sites.
- Prepare internal costings, recost products, and integrate approved costing data into customer pricing templates.
- Support pricing submissions and assist Sales & Marketing with commercial documentation, data accuracy, and systems-related tasks while ensuring high data integrity.
- 3+ years of Research & Development/Innovation/New Product Development experience.
- Experience working with SAP in a commercial, supply chain, or master data environment.
- Exposure to Coupa or similar procurement platforms is preferred.
- Experience working with customer portals such as Ariba is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- FMCG, manufacturing, or contract manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
- Process-driven mindset with strong documentation discipline.
- Proactive in identifying data gaps and following up to ensure completeness.
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6.00 AM - 3.00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, other days remote)
