We currently have a client who is looking for a highly skilled Finance Assistant to help them in their growing business. This role is 100% remote (work-from-home). Minimum Experience: Proven experience meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting KPIs. Track record of successfully engaging prospects via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking. The role includes: Identify and target potential clients across various industries that can benefit from offshore accounting and support staffing solutions. Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and outbound calls. Set up and coordinate discovery calls for the Sales Director, CEO, or both. Follow up on warm leads provided by marketing to confirm interest and schedule meetings. Maintain accurate and updated client data in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns and improve lead generation strategies. Support sales leadership with administrative follow-up tasks related to booked meetings. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure continuous sales activity. Qualifications: At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales support, appointment setting, or lead generation, preferably in the BPO/offshoring industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing pipelines. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems. System Requirements: Stable internet connection (at least 80 Mbps). Work Setup and Schedule: Full-time Day Shift (8 Hours). Fixed Saturday and Sunday off. Remote/Work-from-home. A separate room to undertake work is required.
