System and Network Administrator Level 2

• Successfully research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues, including but not limited to firewalls, switches, servers, and cloud environments such as Azure, account setup, network configuration, application support, Active Directory management, security incident response, etc.
• Communicate regularly with assigned clients to ensure service quality meets client expectations.
• Provide critical incident management and be the interface between clients and technical teams within the company during outages and other significant events!
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Document and follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

• 3 - 5 years of successful Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience, preferably in an MSP environment
• Advanced technical troubleshooting experience, recognizing and resolving issues in several IT environments.
• Strong proficiency in end-customer communication skills, with the ability to successfully identify and address concerns.
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• More on Windows environment and Cisco
• Experience in Managed User or Server
• Knowledge or experience in technologies that we use day-to-day, such as Microsoft Azure virtual servers, Active Directory, Exchange and e-mail, VoIP services, Windows Powershell, and server management.
• Managed Service Providers support a wide variety of environments and technologies, so we need generalists that have knowledge of a wide range of topics.
