Operations and Marketing Supervisor

• Oversee uploads, playlists, documentation, and client requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams and site partners for operations and product management

• Lead branding, marketing campaigns, and content (social media, website, events)

• Conduct market research and support product development and positioning

• Monitor marketing budget, SEO/SEM, and campaign performance

• Supervise team performance and development

• Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• At least 3 years of relevant experience; 2 years of people management experience

• Digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, analytics)

• Research, planning, and campaign execution

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic design tools

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
