The ideal candidate will have knowledge of common infrastructure components (e.g., hosting, compute, storage, networking, connectivity, etc.). This role will require a good level of formalization, quality documentation, and the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesProject Manager responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of infrastructure projectsInterface with internal audit and compliance teams for reporting to senior leadershipAssist with budget planning, tracking and variance analysisTrack vulnerabilities and patching through to remediationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of CMDBUnderstand and contribute to enhancement of ITSM workflowsMap user journeys to infrastructure including servers, networks, and storageProduce high-level technical Architecture Diagrams with hardware and software interactionsCollaborate with the Observability Team to identify issues and impact to end-user experienceYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology5+ years of experience with infrastructure, operations and project managementPrevious hands-on engineering experience with Networks, Storage, or Servers in a Data Center environmentSolid understanding of hardware and software architecture in Windows and Linux virtualized environmentsFlexible and autonomous, detail orientated with the ability to work with inter-departmental teams and work with multiple senior stakeholdersEffective communication (written and verbal), strong presentation and interpersonal skillsService-oriented mindset, willingness to collaborate with demanding business, support & engineering teamsITIL certification desiredPMP certification desired#LI-KA2 #LI-HybridWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
