Essential Duties and Responsibilities :● Support the day-to-day delivery of Billing Care Service by submitting, updatingand reconciling billing claims and errors in EMRs and proprietary billing software● Use your analytical skills to identify billing & revenue opportunities for customers● Liaise with the Ministry of Health to help customers answer questions and resolve billing errors● Use your keen attention to detail to help customers complete government paperworkaccurately and on-time● Leverage your great customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with customersby answering questions about services and inbound inquiries through ourcustomer support channelsBasic Requirements:● At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience for English Speakingbusinesses/clients/customers, background in Healthcare programs/accounts is a must● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, neutral English Accent with clearpronunciation, great email, chat and phone etiquette● Experience in medical billing and working within EMRs in Ontario is preferred● Knowledge of the health system is considered an asset● Experience with any of the following tools is also beneficial: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, EMRs, medical billing software● Resourceful: Able to learn independently and use new knowledge to solve problems
