Emergency Statistician Aide (Salary Grade 4) Casual Employment Job Summary: Summarizes raw data and conducts initial analysis and interpretation of results. Assists the Section Chief in the efficient delivery of the services . Key Task Responsibilities: 1. Prepare statistical reports as requested by internal and external clients. 2. Design forms for statistical worksheets, tabulations, and formats for report purposes. 3. Provide support services to statistical duties as assigned by the Director and/or the Section Chief. 4. Document management related to the office (filing and control) 5. Maintain a neat and orderly work area. Education Training/Experience: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Statistics or any related field. Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SPSS/R Programming for statistical data processing At least eight (8) hours of relevant training Career Service (Professional) Eligibility is an advantage but not required
