We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our Power Factory squad and design, develop, secure and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse, to manage necessary release throughout all phases of the application delivery lifecycle as well as to provide solution support. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, secure and extend Power Platform solutions and reusable solution components based on customer needs. Build model-driven, canvas, and portal apps, create flows and design chatbots based on designs provided by technical leads and architects. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements and optimise user experience. Assist in creation of artifacts for knowledge and capability uplift e.g., supporting, training, and technical documentation. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve solution issues. Go-live and post-live support. Technology Leadership Contributing to the skills uplift across the product squad through knowledge sharing and coaching. Contributing to the continuous improvement and maturity of delivery and support processes. Taking ownership to evaluate technical requirements and advise on solutions and alternatives to meet business needs. Contributing to ensure that the product is properly managed and fit for purpose. Exhibiting the depth and breadth of own product knowledge through the impact of the solutions you deploy. Stakeholder Management Engaging with the business and IT stakeholders to address complex business problems through application solutions. Ensuring clear and effective communication of technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical audience. Essential Skills And Experience Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for technology and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. Extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing model-driven, canvas and portal apps, flows, and virtual agents/bots. Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and Teams). Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage Power Platform solution lifecycle using Azure DevOps. Development experience using JSON, .NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, ASP.NET, and Power BI. Experience working in the software development lifecycle using an Agile approach. Experience estimating required effort for deliverables. Proven experience in working across multidisciplinary teams and a passion for teamwork and collaboration. Strong technology leadership to positively influence outcomes. Strong work ethics with high sense of integrity and accountability over the work of the team Strong systems thinking with an analytical, creative and systematic approach to problem-solving Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions. Excellent ability to create high quality functional/technical documentation and technical requirements gathering skills. Excellent Communication Skills to technical and non technical audience. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and has worked with a diverse set of stakeholders . Maintains an awareness of developing technologies and their application and takes responsibility for personal development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' development experience working within Power Platform and Dataverse/Common Data Service.
