Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, or a related role is preferred. Experience in customer service or client communication is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in handling clients professionally Knowledge of credit and collection procedures and relevant legal guidelines. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency. Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality of financial information.
