Dr. Moali's business is expanding, and we need someone who can turn a stack of business cards into a scheduled 1:1, a raw podcast into a cross-platform content strategy, and a cluttered inbox into a streamlined communication hub.This role is ideal for a "marketing-minded" assistant—someone who understands how to repurpose content effectively, engage authentically on social media, and manage professional relationships with sponsors and affiliates.The Ideal CandidateYou are a "Force Multiplier." You are comfortable working in a fast-paced Pacific Timezone schedule and are eager to grow your hours as the brand scales. You enjoy the variety of shifting from administrative bookkeeping to creative social media strategy in a single afternoon.Key Responsibilities1. Executive Admin & Communication GatekeeperInbox Management: Triage and manage high-volume email accounts. You will draft replies to unread messages and ensure Dr. Moali never feels "overwhelmed" by her inbox again.Networking Follow-up: Take business cards/contacts provided by Dr. Moali, add them to our CRM, connect with them on social media, and send personalized "Nice to meet you" emails with a 1:1 booking link.Data Tracking: Maintain spreadsheets for business statistics, expenses, and revenue tracking.Client & Lead Triage: Respond to unanswered phone calls and manage client messages to ensure elite service.2. Marketing, Content & SEOSocial Media Management: * Own the social media calendar and post content created by Pete and Emma.Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).Proactively engage with other accounts and manage all incoming comments.Creative Production: Create on-brand graphics, posters, and content outlines.SEO & Web: Manage and tweak SEO settings on the website and upload new blog posts.Podcast Distribution: Upload new podcast episodes and ensure they are cross-promoted.Kajabi Newsletters: Schedule and manage monthly newsletters to our community.3. Revenue & Partner ManagementAffiliate Operations: Monitor and promote affiliate products. Ensure they are strategically placed in blogs, newsletters, and social posts, while tracking all incoming revenue.Sponsorship Coordination: Handle communications with current sponsors (confirmations/deliverables) and identify new potential sponsors using outreach templates.Non-Negotiables & QualificationsPlatform Mastery: Experience with Kajabi, Instagram, YouTube, and CRM systems.Copywriting Skills: Ability to write effective sales copy and capture Dr. Moali’s unique voice.High-Level Organization: You are someone who thrives on creating systems out of chaos (especially in email and project tracking).Strategic Thinking: You don't just "post"; you understand how social media strategy leads to 1:1 bookings and revenue.Detail-Oriented: You ensure brand consistency across every email, poster, and blog post.Powered by JazzHR
