- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Planner or similar role, preferably in an agricultural industry.
- Familiarity with handling perishable products and understanding the nuances of inventory management in the cannabis business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
