This role is based in Cebu within the shared services environment.Key Responsibilities
- Support partner program operations including data validation, reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
- Prepare and reconcile partner files accurately and ensure timely submission.
- Assist in reviewing deal data and financial documents used across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and other teams.
- Track and resolve operational issues through regular coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reconciliations using Excel and internal tools.
- Support process improvement, automation efforts, and partner integrations as needed.
- Participate in partner and cross-functional calls to help resolve outstanding items.
- Assist in documentation requirements for audit, compliance, or partner-related inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in finance, analysis, operations, or partner support functions preferred.
- Exposure to shared services, financial processes, or partner/portfolio management is an advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- ERP exposure preferred (SAP or any ERP accepted).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
