Are you a creative editor who knows how to take everyday footage and turn it into content people feel?We’re looking for a full-time video editor to help launch and grow a new YouTube-first channel (and tiktok)This isn’t just about flashy edits — it’s about building a real brand from the ground up. One rooted in storytelling, rhythm, and heart.This is a full-time, remote position. Own post-production for both short-form (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) and long-form YouTube videos
Work with raw footage, ambient sound, loose story arcs, and great music to create cinematic, emotionally compelling edits
Collaborate with our team to establish the channel’s tone and style
Edit adventure-style footage into episodic-style content with pacing and pop
Stay ahead of trends in short-form content and storytelling
Deliver clean, consistent content that feels more like a short film than a slideshow

Who you are:

You’ve edited for YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram Reels
You’re confident in tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci
You can take rough footage and a few notes… and turn it into gold
You’re fast, consistent, and don’t need handholding
Bonus: You're AI-first mentality and use tools like VEO, Runway, Descript, HeyGen, etc
You get what today’s audience wants — and know how to make content that connects
