- Record day-to-day financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Verify and reconcile transactions in the correct ledgers (day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger).
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Oversee property-related financial tasks, including rent collection, vendor payments, and property maintenance expenses.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries and address property-related issues.
- Efficiently manage bookkeeping and property management tasks remotely.
- Communicate effectively with team members, property owners, and tenants through virtual channels.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of property management processes, lease agreements, and tenant relations.
- Ability to handle property-related financial transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration.
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage financial figures and records meticulously.
- Effective time management and organization for handling both bookkeeping and property management tasks.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
