The candidate will spearhead the acquisition and closing of business partners (target market) and be responsible for the achievement of Sales and Revenue goals. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage a sales team in promoting and selling SOMI products to target market. - Responsible for the development and sustainable competitive performance of his/her team. - Provide leadership and motivation in achieving both individual and team sales targets. - Draw plans based on market situation and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market coverage. - Conduct regular mentoring and coaching to Sales Executives for increased performance and competence development - Make sure his/her department stays within their budget, reach their goals and maximize growth and profitability - Work hand-in-hand with Marketing and other departments in pursuing common organization goals, in line with company vision and values. - Create reports for management and provide analysis for performance.
