GrowthAssistant is looking for a Lead Generation Assistant for our growth marketing team. This teammate will generate leads, build a list of prospective clients, send out outreach emails/DM, manage leads in the CRM, respond to outbound sales emails, and schedule appointments with the Sales team. Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results. The Benefits Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Insurance Card The Role Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless, Salesforce, Clay, etc., to generate leads and build lists based on client-specified parameters. Upload, organize, and regularly update leads in Salesforce and Outreach to ensure streamlined processes. Source missing information from online databases and other relevant sources to enrich lead profiles. Validate lead data for accuracy and completeness before initiating outreach efforts. Execute templated email outreach and handle responses proficiently, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms. Client-provided templates/scripts will be utilized. Schedule meetings on the team's calendar through written communication channels, facilitating efficient coordination. Conduct ad hoc research on prospective customers to gather insights and support lead-generation efforts Assist with order quoting and submission, particularly when coverage is required. The Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Research, Lead Generation, or Profiling utilizing platforms like Seamless, Zoominfo, or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in utilizing list-building tools effectively. At least 2 years of experience and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a preference for Salesforce. Intermediate to Proficient experience with Spreadsheets is a must-have Experience in crafting compelling email copy and templates. Familiarity with Outreach tools. Knowledge of working with Clay platform. Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US Ability to work within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
