JOB DESCRIPTION: Review completeness and compliance of all documents received. Verify accuracy of agent and license information. Analyze information to determine proper handling of work. Encode agent, license and commission information in the system accurately. Update existing agent record in the system, if needed. Create and post correspondences, if needed. Identify the next process based on the workflow and create necessary transactions. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by Team Leader, Manager, Director.
