Position Summary As a key representative of the IT department, the Network Administrator ensures reliable and secure network operations. You will manage the full lifecycle of network environments-from design and implementation to maintenance and escalation-working closely with business units and project teams. ???? Key Responsibilities & Duties Palo Alto Networks Security Infrastructure Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls and associated security systems Configure and maintain security policies, rules, and access controls Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect threats and vulnerabilities Troubleshoot and resolve misconfiguration or performance issues on firewalls Cisco-Based Network Infrastructure Configure, install, and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points Monitor network performance to address bandwidth issues, latency, and packet loss Set up and manage ACLs, VPNs, VLANs, and other network security controls Diagnose and resolve routing, switching, and VLAN configuration issues Operational Support & Documentation Provide operational support, incident and problem resolution Prepare network performance reporting and status updates Maintain and document standard operating procedures for configuration, maintenance, and support tasks Support new implementations and assist in rollout of network infrastructure components ???? Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco network infrastructure Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls Strong troubleshooting skills in routing, switching, and diagnostics Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and ability to work cross-functionally Ready to make an impact ????
