- Review, plan, and oversee the implementation of geodetic, topographic, bathymetric, hydrographic, and control surveys to ensure alignment with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Establish and validate horizontal and vertical control networks, including GPS/GNSS observations and precise leveling surveys.
- Provide accurate and reliable survey data to support bridge alignment, approach roads, and related infrastructure design.
- Assist structural and civil engineers in terrain modeling, spatial analysis, and interpretation of survey data for detailed design.
- Prepare, review, and validate survey plans, contour maps, profiles, cross-sections, right-of-way boundaries, and as-built surveys.
- Process and verify survey data using appropriate software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS platforms), ensuring accuracy, calibration, and proper documentation of instruments and methodologies.
- Prepare technical reports, survey certifications, and other deliverables in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and the client to ensure compliance with national surveying standards and project specifications.
- Assist in securing necessary permits related to land surveys and geodetic works, as required.
- Support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to ensure technical excellence and compliance with internal procedures.
- Participate in project reporting, client meetings, and technical workshops as required.
- Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams and other offices (as needed).

- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- 10+ years of relevant Civil/Geodetic Engineering experience, including at least 3–5 years in large-scale infrastructure or bridge projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geodetic Engineering is required; a Master’s degree in Civil/Geodetic Engineering is preferred.
- Must be a registered Professional Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed) and/or Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines, or a member of recognized international engineering chartered organizations.
- Shall have solid project management and client relationship management skills, with strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, Philippine design codes, geodetic reference systems, and industry standards.
- Experience in marine or offshore survey works is an advantage.
- Proficient in GNSS, Total Stations, Digital Levels, survey software, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral), with experience coordinating with multiple contractors, consultants, and trades simultaneously.
- Knowledge of meeting project schedules and budgets.
- Willing to work on-site, including in marine environments; travel may be required.
