- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance testing strategy to assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Contribute to designing and updating test plans based on risk assessments and regulatory changes.
- Execute compliance testing procedures across various functions specific to the Maya Philippines and One Maya
- GroupIdentify control weaknesses, non-compliance, or areas for improvement in business processes and make recommendations for remediation.
- Prepare detailed compliance testing reports, documenting findings, assessments, and suggested corrective actions.
- Present findings to senior management, compliance officers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and ensure the testing program is aligned with current regulatory requirements.
- Assess risks and trends in the business environment and adjust testing priorities accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the organization's overall compliance framework and testing processes.
- Implement lessons learned and best practices from past compliance reviews to improve future testing
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure testing activities meet industry standards.
- Closely coordinate with Maya Bank Compliance Testing Team for One Maya Compliance Testing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business, Law, or related field.Certification in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management (e.g., CPA, CIA, CAMS) and familiarity with AI is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management roles.
