- Managing the branch P&L and developing and implementing activities to achieve branch’s financial targets.
- Overseeing daily branch operations and allocating resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Managing service delivery of the branch to ensure and excellent customer experience.
- Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining branch processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Coaching, training and developing branch staff.
- Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
- Oversee all aspects of administration for the Company.
- Creating, maintaining, communicating and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and best practices with respect to various business processes.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Country Head / General Manager or Head of Administration role, ideally within the Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
